  • Limited warranty

    If your product fails due to manufacturing defect within 90 days from the time you originally received your item, and you are the original purchaser, we will replace said item at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, minor fabric picking, stretching, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time and use.

    For warranty evaluation please submit detailed photos of your product’s defect. After evaluation, the items may need to be returned to Allison Athletics. All shipping to Allison Athletics must be prepaid. Allison Athletics is not liable for lost in-bound shipments.

    • Standard Ground Shipping: $10.99 per transaction. 
    • Teamstore orders will be processed next business day after the store closes. 
    • All Teamstore orders will be shipped out at the same time. 
    • Please allow 3-4 weeks for items to ship once the Teamstore has closed. 
    • All Teamstore products are custom pieces and will go into production together. Allison Athletics does not hold inventory for customers. 
    • No refunds or exchanges on custom products. 
    • Changes or cancellation of orders can only be made before store closing date. 
    • Once an order has shipped all sales are final (Please refer to limited warranty info).
